Lisa Antillon, 50, of Kearney, died on May 9, 2016 in rural Dawson County, Nebraska as a result of an automobile accident.

Lisa was born March 14, 1966 in Lincoln, Nebraska to Donald and Dolores (Vinlove) Svoboda. She grew up in Grant and graduated from Grant High School. She moved to Kearney where she attended Kearney State College and then University of Nebraska at Omaha. She moved to Kearney in 2000. Lisa married James Antillon on May 7, 2008 in Kearney. She was currently working as a route driver for the Omaha World Herald. Lisa loved spending time with her family. She also enjoyed listening to music, going to concerts, traveling, gardening, reading, swimming, and sports cars. As a classically trained pianist, she loved to play the piano.

Lisa was preceded in death by her father, infant brother, and brother-in-law Travis Antillon.

Lisa is survived by her husband James Antillon of Kearney; son, Zachary Mooberry of Lexington; daughter, Caitlin Svoboda of Kearney; step-son Garrick Antillon of San Diego, CA; step-daughter Sheena Morris and husband Jeremy of Kearney; grandchildren, Owen and Sienna Morris of Kearney; mother Dolores Svoboda of Grant, NE; brothers, Mike Svoboda and wife Angela of Ogallala, NE, Tom Svoboda and wife Cathy of Edwards, CO; sister Chris Svoboda and husband Gene Silverblatt of Salado, TX; mother-in-law Josie Borjon and Abel Borjon of Kearney; brothers-in-law, Jesse Antillon and wife Kathy of Kearney, Jeff Antillon of Kearney; sisters-in-law Jacque Galavez and husband Troy of Shelton, Alex Jensen and husband Jeff of Greeley, CO, Olivia Borjon of Kearney; numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials are suggested to the Salvation Army in Kearney. Condolences may be shared online at, where the service will be streamed live for those unable to attend.

A rosary will be held 9:00 a.m. Monday, May 16, 2016 at Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church in Grant, Nebraska, with a Memorial Mass to follow at 10:00 a.m. with Fr. Tom Kuffel as Celebrant. Interment of cremains will follow at the Grant Fairview Cemetery.
