Esteline Lucille Waterman

ESTELINE LUCILLE WATERMAN, 91 of Grant, passed away Sunday, August 2, 2020, at the Golden Ours Convalescent Home in Grant.
Esteline was born June 16, 1929 in Madrid, NE to Ardell and Anna Viola (Silvrants) Lovenburg.
Esteline grew up in Perkins County. On January 22, 1950, she married Kenneth Waterman in Grant. They were blessed with six children, Donna, Eugene, Darlene, Jim, Donald, and Dianna.
In 1969 the couple moved to Fort Morgan, CO, where she worked at Fort Morgan Hospital as a kitchen manager. She later worked as the kitchen manager at the Hospital in Brush, CO. After their retirement, the couple moved back to Grant.
Esteline was survived by her children, Donna Carey of Brule, Eugene (Jeanette) Waterman of Ogallala, Darlene Waterman of Grant, Jim (Amy) Waterman of Windsor, CO, Donald Waterman of Grant, Dianna (Nick) McCleary of Venango; sister, Joyce Losino of Fort Morgan, Co; eight grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
Esteline was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth, in 2009; her parents; two brothers, Galen and Alva Lovenburg; 2 sisters, Dorothy Pegg and Dolores Updike; three brothers-in-law, Jack Pegg, Robert Updike, John Losino; two sisters-in-law, Marian Dale Lovenburg and Dink Lovenburg; one infant great-grandson; one great-granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established in Esteline's memory for later designation. Condolences may be shared at bullocklongfuneralhome.com.
Memorial services for Esteline will be Monday, August 10, 2020, at 10:30 am at the Grant United Methodist Church with Pastor Lorri Kentner officiating. Interment of cremains will be in the Grant Fairview Cemetery.
