Carole Gardner, 86, of Wallace, passed away Wednesday, September 22, 2021, at her home in Wallace.
Carole was born April 7, 1935, at Denver, Colorado to Francis and Dixie (Mansfield) LaLonde. She attended school in the Denver Area.
On April 5,1957, Carole married Lawrence E. Gardner. The couple made their home in the Denver area until 2002 when they moved to Wallace. They enjoyed the peaceful small-town atmosphere where they retired.
Carole enjoyed spending time with family, watching WWE, soap operas, attending her grandkids and great-grandkids sporting events.
She had a nurturing temperament and ran a daycare for many years.
Carole is preceded in death by her mother and father, brother Clifford, and her husband Lawrence.
She is survived by her children, Mike McLean of NC; Roger (Julie) McLean of CO; Cindy Gardner of NE; Penny Padilla of NE; Tina Daniels of NE; & Larry Gardner of CO; 18 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Life and Inurnment will be held at a later date.
Bullock-Long Funeral Home of Grant assisted the family.
